This form allows you to provide information about your overnight guests or renters so our security/safety staff can identify who should have access to our community. Collecting this information about overnight guests and renters is important to help us address safety and security needs. We use this form to collect information before your overnight guest/renter arrives, and then as the check-in/welcome packet when your overnight guest/renter arrives. This information also allows the ORO Office to create a car pass for your guest and have it ready at the guard house when they arrive.
In any of the following cases, please complete the first page of this form and provide it to the ORO Office or Rental Coordinator:
- You have a guest who will use your property either when you aren’t here or they are coming to visit for several days or more. If you have someone coming for 1 day (a visitor, a repair person, etc), you do not need to use this form. You can just call the guard house in advance as usual.
- You have a guest who is not listed on the deed living with you.
- You are renting your property to someone directly without using the ORO Rental Program.
Note:
If you are in the Rental Program and have found your own renter (not a guest), please use the Rental Program Lease to provide the renter information to the Rental Coordinator.
