- Checklist: Unit Pre-Season Cleaning
- Lists the tasks to complete annually when cleaning a unit before the rental season begins. This checklist is used once a year for each unit, usually in September through November.
- Checklist: Unit In-Season (Post-Rental) Cleaning
- Lists the tasks to complete when cleaning a unit after a guest checks out. This checklist also lists tasks to complete when cleaning and preparing a unit that has been closed for a while.
