Rental rates depend on the property you choose, the time of year you visit, and the length of your stay with us. Please note that rental rates are subject to change. Rates for future reservations will be affected.
RV Site Rentals
Our RV sites have full cement pads with 20, 30, and 50 amp service. The following rates include electric, water, sewer, trash pickup, and use of all park amenities. We require a minimum 3-day stay for RV site rentals.
November 15 through April 15
Daily rate (up to 30 days): $80-$85
Daily rate (30 days or longer): $43-$48
April 16 through November 14
Daily rate (up to 30 days): $55-$60
Daily rate (30 days or longer): $33-$35
Note: Rates do not include taxes (12%) and the reservation processing fee ($25).
Home Rentals
Our rental homes are fully furnished park model and travel trailer homes with many having additional Florida Rooms built on. We have one and two bedroom properties with one or two bathrooms. The following rates include cable TV, electric, water, sewer, trash pickup, and use of all park amenities. We require a minimum 7-day stay for home rentals.
Homes
Weekly: $448 to $665
Monthly: $1800 to $2650 (based on a 30-day month)
Rates do not include taxes (12%), reservation processing fee ($25), and cleaning fee ($100-$115).
