This form allows ORO Owners to submit scheduling requests for all areas of the ORO Clubhouse (upstairs, downstairs, lakehouse, parking lot, or sport courts — such as the tennis/pickleball courts or shuffleboard). All groups that use the clubhouse areas need to submit this request form once each year.
Groups booked for a season may be asked to relinquish their previously reserved time up to, but not more than, three (3) times during the season. You must provide at least four (4) weeks prior notice when asking another group to relinquish their time slot.
Notes:
- Multiple activities are scheduled in the Clubhouse areas at the same time, as long as capacity limits allow.
- For Clubhouse Upstairs, we do reserve specific tables or areas of the upstairs only for events (and requested amount of tables) that have been approved through the scheduling process and only one hour prior to event. The scheduled groups need to work together.
- For Clubhouse Downstairs, we do NOT reserve specific tables or areas of the downstairs. The downstairs is a common area and scheduled groups need to work together.
- If you have any questions regarding Clubhouse Downstairs, please contact Clubhouse Coordinator, Randy Sisson.
- In Days and Times of Event, specify dates and times each week you want to reserve, such as Monday and Wednesday, 1-3pm.
Using the Paper/Printed Form
- You can download and print the form or pick up a copy at the office.
- When the form is complete, please use one of the following ways to send to office.
- Scan the form and email it to Request with “Clubhouse Reservation Request” in the subject line.
- Drop off at office or after hours mailbox, located by side office entry door.
- Send through US mail.
- Keep a copy just in case something happens.
