This form allows ORO Owners to submit scheduling requests for all areas of the ORO Clubhouse (upstairs, downstairs, lakehouse, parking lot or sport courts-such as the tennis/pickleball courts or shuffleboard). All groups that use the clubhouse downstairs need to submit this request form (or a or a print version) once each year.
Groups booked for a season may be asked to relinquish their previously reserved time up to, but not more than, three (3) times during the season. You must provide at least four (4) weeks prior notice when asking another group to relinquish their time slot.
Notes:
- Multiple activities are scheduled in the Clubhouse Downstairs at the same time as long as capacity limits allow. We do not reserve specific tables or areas of the Clubhouse Downstairs. The scheduled groups need to work together.

- In Days and Times of Event, specify dates and times each week you want to reserve, such as Monday and Wednesday, 1-3pm.
By submitting this form, the organizer agrees to be responsible for complete setup and clean up of the reserved area, including returning all tables and chairs to their original state, and for any damages to contents or premises.
This form is available only for ORO owners who are logged in to the website.
