This form allows owners who use the ORO Rental Program to provide information about their owner-identified (sponsored) renter/guest.
Note: If you are not in the ORO Rental Program or if your guest is not paying to use your unit, use the Private Guest/Rental Information and Check-In Form instead of this one.
The Rental Program Lease allows you to provide information about your renter and the rental terms for the reservation. Owners using the Rental Program pay a lower percentage of the rental rate for renters they identify (sponsor).
We use this form to collect information before your overnight renter/guest arrives, and then as the lease to define the rental terms. If you have any questions about this form, please contact the Rental Coordinator.
Note: If you will have a single renter for 6-months or more, contact the Rental Coordinator who can help you with the long-term lease needed for your specific situation.
