Hello ORO Owners,
The Park Manager and BOD have reviewed current cleaning procedures for the Office, Guard House, Night Patrol Vehicle, Maintenance, Clubhouse, Lake House, Mailroom, Pools, and the Bath Houses. While conducting this review we realize with the information about the Corona Virus Pandemic available to us and in order to keep our owners safe, we will be implementing the following changes.
We will be hiring an outside cleaning firm to assist us in sanitizing some locations daily.
The following changes will be in effect starting Monday March 16, 2020 at 12:00PM until further notice.
- The clubhouse upstairs and downstairs including the elevator will be locked at 10:00 PM every night allowing the cleaning company to come in and sanitize all surfaces on a nightly basis. The open hours for the clubhouse will be from 7:00AM to 10:00PM until further notice.
- The FREE table in the clubhouse will be discontinued until further notice.
- The ORO library will be closed until further notice.
- Bath Houses 1-2-4-6-7 and 8 will be closed and locked. These bath houses will be sanitized and locked until further notice.
- Bath House #3 and #5 will be open 24/7 They will be sanitized during the overnight hours, when they are used the least. This sanitation will be done daily.
- The 2 bathrooms and showers at the clubhouse will be available from 7:00 AM to 10:00PM.
- The office will be sanitized daily, first thing in the morning by our cleaning staff.
- The Guard House will be sanitized by our cleaning staff daily.
- The Mailroom and mailboxes will be sanitized daily.
- The Night Patrol vehicle (Mail truck) will be sanitized daily.
- Maintenance break and lunch area will be sanitized daily.
- Pool areas, tables, chairs, gates, handles for umbrellas will be sanitized daily. ORO Management will follow up and inspect the areas that are sanitized daily as follow up to insure everything is done to ORO standards.
We ask all ORO residents to understand these changes are being made to protect YOU! IF you have visitors coming, please make sure they are healthy.
If someone contracts the Corona Virus in the Park, further actions may be warranted. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this unique and trying time.
