Form: Construction Permit

This form allows you to request approval for improvements to your ORO property. The approval of this form indicates only that the work to be performed is within the rules and regulations of Outdoor Resorts at Orlando, Inc. It is the owner’s responsibility to obtain a Polk County permit when one is required, and to comply with all building regulations and safety requirements.
