This newsletter includes many helpful articles, such as the Park Manager Update and the President’s Notes.
It has been an incredibly busy summer thus far. Our Maintenance Team has been working diligently to make long needed repairs throughout the park while maintaining their day-to-day operational duties. Between our Office Staff and our Maintenance Team, we have an amazing crew. We have received many compliments on the changes and repairs that have been made to date. We are striving to improve the overall appearance of the park for everyone’s enjoyment. The streets are busy with tree trimmers, contractors, and delivery trucks. Many of our owners are having roofs, siding, and awnings repaired due to our surprise hailstorm.
Please keep in mind that our words have the power to lift us up or bring us down, so we should always choose our words wisely when dealing with our neighbors. I’m looking forward to our winter residents returning so you can see firsthand the improvements we have made.
Continue to enjoy your summer and we will see you soon!
