The ORO Owner Annual Meeting is coming on March 6, 2021. At the meeting, 4 proposals are being voted on by the owners. One of those proposals is for replacing the old, shorter gates along the maintenance area with a wooden fence that is the height of the rest of the fence. There would also be a person gate in the fence by the air pump that maintenance personnel could use to enter and exit the maintenance area.
As you can see from these photos, the gates are lower than the surrounding fencing, which allows homeowners in that area to view some items in the maintenance area. The gates are also aging and sagging as shown.
Unfortunately, some ORO owners may be mistaken about what is being proposed. Please note that the replacement fence would be wooden and the height of the rest of the fence along the maintenance area. The fence would NOT be white vinyl or plastic.
