With 979 properties, ORO brings together people from around the world and allows you to find friends and enjoy many different activities. Some residents live here all year, while others come to enjoy our piece of paradise for several months each year.
Outdoor Resorts at Orlando is a condominium, with quarterly dues to support our park operations and the many facilities we have to support all our amenities. Our Board of Directors and park staff work together to create a positive environment and maintain our beautiful community. Each owner also receives cable TV, water/sewer, and lawn care. Through careful management, ORO is able to keep our dues low for the number of amenities offered.
