Accepted Payment Methods

ORO accepts rental and reservation payments only by credit card, debit card, cashier’s check, or cash. Personal checks are not accepted.

Final Payment for Rentals of Less than 6 Months

Full payment is due no later than 30 days before your check-in date for reservations made 30 days or longer before your arrival. For reservations made less than 30 days before arrival, full payment is required at the time of reservation. If full payment is not received by the date due, ORO can consider the reservation cancelled by the renter, and follow the Cancellation and Change Policy.

Age & Length of Stay Requirements

Our community has age and length of stay requirements for owners and renters to protect our 55+ community classification. For example, to have someone under the age of 18 stay in a unit, the oldest person staying in the unit must be at least 40 years old. For more information, contact our Rental Coordinator.

For RV Site rentals, we require a minimum 3-day stay. For Home rentals, we require a minimum 7-day stay.

Pets

Some of our rental homes allow you to bring a pet. For RV lots, you can have a pet in your unit. You are limited to a total of one dog or one cat. No aggressive dogs are allowed. For more information, see the Pets section of our Rules and Regulations.

Mail

For short-term rentals (less than 6 months), there are several post office box facilities close to ORO. ORO does not provide mail services for short-term rentals.

For long-term rentals, there are mail facilities at the Clubhouse. You can request a mailbox key from the Rental Coordinator (if the owner has provided one) to receive mail addressed to you at ORO. The address at ORO is:

Notify the mailroom personnel if you will be receiving mail at ORO for a period of time.

Note:  When leaving ORO, be sure to forward your mail through USPS.com to your home address. ORO will return mail for non-owners to the post office.

Storage

Use of the on-site storage yard is very limited, based on availability. Contact the Rental Coordinator prior to bringing an item that you need to store.
