The Rental Program has established standards for the comfort of our guests. Our Rental Coordinator uses these checklists to ensure our properties are inspected properly and to provide consistent Inspection Reports annually to our owners with properties in the Rental Program.
- Checklist: Rental Home Annual Inspection
- Lists the tasks to complete annually when inspecting a rental home before the rental season begins, or before a home is added to the rental program. This checklist is used once a year for each home, usually in August/September.
