Package delivery in our park can lead to several problems. This article provides information to help you find a package you believe is missing.
First, if a package was delivered to your door by UPS, Amazon, FedEx, or others, the package may have gone to the wrong home in ORO due to our confusing numbering, or due to misprinted lot numbers on the package. It can be helpful to post a message in the ORO Community Facebook group saying that you are looking for a package.
Your package may have also been delivered to the same lot # in Lake Magic (9600 Hwy 192), since 9000 and 9600 appear very similar on mailing labels.
If your package is being delivered by USPS, it can be delayed a few days. When the Clermont post office receives a package, Amazon may show it as delivered. However, it can take a day or two to get to our mailroom and then in your mailbox.
