This newsletter includes many helpful articles, such as the Park Manager Update and the President’s Notes.
Although we may be seeing an end to another winter season at ORO, rest assured things will not be slowing down for our staff. Office personnel will continue to organize and improve upon existing processes and procedures to streamline day-to-day operations. We will begin by reviewing all Owner files to remove irrelevant or expired information as well as placing them in some assemblance of order. Chances are if you have been an Owner since the 80s or 90s, we still have the vehicle you once owned in your file.
Maintenance has a very lengthy and aggressive list of items to accomplish over the summer months in preparation for the kickoff of the winter season 2023/2024. Just a few notable items will be the patching and repainting of both pool decks, repainting lot numbers in front of each lot and repainting sidewalks, posts, and curbing throughout the common areas. Updates will be provided in the weekly Operations Report so Owners can track our progress.
Many thanks to everyone for their patience and understanding as we continue to improve upon the overall appearance and operation of ORO.
